• Tour Packages & Activities: Subject to provider cancellation policy; agency fees may apply.
• Visa Services: Fees to embassies/consulates are non-refundable; agency service fees non-refundable once processing starts.
• Agency Service Fees: Non-refundable for booking, consultation, or amendments.

3. How to Request a Refund

4. Refund Processing Time

Refunds typically take 15–60 business days depending on provider, bank, and payment gateway.

5. Non-Refundable Items/Situations

• Visa application fees and agency fees.

• No-shows and cancellations outside permitted windows.
• Loss or expiry of travel documents due to traveller negligence.

6. Force Majeure
